Infinity Medical Care was established by Jason Brancato and is staffed by a
knowledgeable medical professional team to provide optimal care to all whom seek
its services.

Jason has 15 years of in-depth experience spanning various medical
specialties, including having worked at North Shore-LIJ Manhasset and in the
Emergency Room at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital.

His principal focus has always been on Primary Care and Preventive
Medicine helping his patients navigate a healthy lifestyle. Jason has completed
both an M.B.A. and P.A. Degree and is an experienced, skillful and non-
non-judgmental clinician. His strongest attribute is his dedication and compassion to
each of his patients.

The practice is a vital part of the community he serves and extends beyond
the boundaries of the Bellmore office. His warmth and openness make it possible
